Tim Steenssens
Tim Steenssens is a passionate underwater photographer from Kruibeke, on the banks of the Scheldt river, near Antwerp. In 2020, at his first participation in the OBK of Nelos, he won the title Underwater Photographer of the Year and became Belgian Underwater Photography Champion (juniors). Since then, he managed to win several medals every year at the OBK (Open Belgian Championship). He has received several nominations and awards, including in 2022 at the Paf Tachov competition in the Czech Republic and the Lowlands Photo Contest in 2022. In 2023, he was winner in the underwater category in the Lowlands Photo Contest.
Tim knows Zeeland's dive sites like the back of his hand and regularly shares his new photos on social media. He also publishes monthly in Duiken Magazine. His love for using different techniques allows him to indulge his creativity, which is reflected in his portfolio.
