Warranty
In the exceptional case that a warranty claim needs to be made, efforts will be made to take care of this as soon as possible.
The item in question, together with the proof of purchase (handwritten receipts will not be accepted) and the yellow (fully completed) guarantee card must be returned to the address of purchase. In the absence of the proof of purchase and the guarantee card, no guarantee can be granted. The item will be treated as a repair.
Don't forget to include a clear description of the fault. This will speed up the handling process. The seller will take care of further warranty handling.
Repairs of Sea & Sea products can be dropped off at any Sea & Sea dealer. Repairs will always be quoted in advance. In case of repairs, examination costs are always charged. These inspection costs are included in the repair quotation. When the product is returned repaired, these costs will be charged separately.
It is not possible to submit warranty claims or repairs directly to Sea & Sea Europe.
